Gneiss Horizons - (pronounced Nice Horizons) was inspired by my love for God as I became passionate about discovering ways to live a balanced life through relaxation techniques. This blog was inspired by my 25 years of experience working as a HealthCare Chaplain in which I helped others to grow through their healing processes. One of my favorite pastimes is journaling. I turned my enjoyment of journaling into a healing method which I found to be relaxing. Through my personal experiences of life's challenges, I discovered new ways to manage my stress through various relaxation and meditation techniques. I personally stand on the foundation that we are all God's creations, and our Creator has designed a life path system in which we can live a balanced life by harmonizing the body, mind, and spirit through meditation and relaxation. Gneiss blog is established with the intention to assist you with growing through your journey as stress-free as possible - by keeping you enthused and passionate about life.
